Most of the amazing leaders I work with have ever-increasing and demanding workloads. While they may be spending much of their time handling the daily tactics and challenges that arise, many are still doing too much work themselves and not delegating enough. In addition, many leaders are not effectively engaging their team members who are looking to them for the advancement of their own growth and development.

While getting the job done is important, how others experience you as you go about generating those results is crucial to your leadership success. How you go about generating results and “Who” you are being as you do so, is critical for the process of engaging, motivating and inspiring others.

As a leader, you not only learn how to build capacity more effectively from your team members, but you also learn who you need to become in order to truly be the inspiring leader your people will want to follow to the moon!

I’m Mara Vizzutti, a seasoned facilitator and leadership coach residing in Nova Scotia and working primarily in Eastern Canada. I am passionate about working with leaders who want to improve engagement and build capacity more effectively in their people.

For example, engagement increases when we start having different conversations with our team members. We have the most educated workforce ever. We hire people for their brains yet we do not connect with them in conversations that leverage that brain-power and talent.
