I’m Mara Vizzutti, a seasoned facilitator and leadership coach residing in Nova Scotia and working primarily in Eastern Canada. I am passionate about working with leaders who want to improve engagement and build capacity more effectively in their people.

For example, engagement increases when we start having different conversations with our team members. We have the most educated workforce ever. We hire people for their brains yet we do not connect with them in conversations that leverage that brain-power and talent.
